Amituofo ShiFu. In Pray To Buddha do you repeat the movements with the hands reversed?
Amituofo Kevin! start with your hands as in hold up the heavens (exercise 3) palms looking to sky , and then repeat movements with center of left palm looking down and right palm preseing left palm’s neiguan point. Then reverse now right palm looking down and left palm pressing right’s palm neiguan.
